Cinnamon and Sugar Christmas Morning Cake

- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 oz. Vanilla Instant Pudding
- ½ C Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1 C Chopped Pecans (optional)
- ¾ C Sugar
- 3 T. Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and sour cream in large bowl on low for 8 minutes. The batter will be very thick!
- In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
- Spoon half the batter in the bundt pan.
- Sprinkle half the sugar mixture on top.
- Draw a knife through the layers to create a marbled effect.
- Spoon remaining batter on top and then the reaming sugar mixture, and marble again.
- Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Then cool in pan for 10 minutes before flipping on serving platter.
I make this cake a day or two before and then just pop it into the oven on Christmas morning.
