Cinnamon and Sugar Christmas Morning Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3 oz. Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • ½ C Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 1 C Chopped Pecans (optional)
  • ¾ C Sugar
  • 3 T. Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and sour cream in large bowl on low for 8 minutes. The batter will be very thick!
  3. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
  4. Spoon half the batter in the bundt pan.
  5. Sprinkle half the sugar mixture on top.
  6. Draw a knife through the layers to create a marbled effect.
  7. Spoon remaining batter on top and then the reaming sugar mixture, and marble again.
  8. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Then cool in pan for 10 minutes before flipping on serving platter.
Notes
I make this cake a day or two before and then just pop it into the oven on Christmas morning.
