Ingredients
  • Cake:
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1⅓ C water
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • For streusel:
  • ½ C flour
  • ½ C brown sugar
  • 2 t. cinnamon
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • For glaze:
  • 2 T melted butter
  • ¾ C powdered sugar
  • ½ t vanilla
  • 3 T milk (or more to thin)
Instructions
  1. For cake:
  2. In large bowl, beat all ingredients together. Pour ¾ batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  3. For steusel:
  4. Stir all ingredients together. Sprinkle ⅔ mixture atop cake batter.
  5. Then pour the other ¼ batter on top steusel.
  6. Finish by sprinkling the last ⅓ streusel mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For glaze:
  9. Mix all glaze ingredients and drizzle over the top of the cake.
