Mini Apple Pies

- 1 premade pie crust
- 3 large apples, peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbs melted butter
- Topping:
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 Tbs melted butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix apples and sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and butter together and set aside.
- Roll out pie crust and use a round cookie cutter (or rim of drinking glass) to cut out 12 mini pie crusts
- Place crust into lightly oiled muffin tins with edges coming up along side of each spot.
- Evenly fill the 12 crusts with the apple filling.
- Evenly cover the 12 mini pies with the brown sugar topping
- Back approx. 20 minutes at 350 degrees until crust has a gold brown appearance
