Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • Chopped pecans for topping
Instructions
  1. Cool oatmeal in water as directed on container. Once cooked to desired consistency add all additional ingredients (spices and pumpkin) except pecans.
  2. Mix well and heat throughout.
  3. Top with chopped pecans and additional sprinkling of brown sugar.
