Santa Fe Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
  • Dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • 3 green onions diced
  • cilantro to taste (optional)
  • Wrap ingredients
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 (14.75 oz) can of corn
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • shredded lettuce
  • tomatoes, diced
  • Flour tortillas
Instructions
  1. Mix dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl and set aside
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, corn and black beans. Pour dressing over top and mix well until well combined. (store in fridge until ready to use or place right into tortillas)
  3. Place above mixture into flour tortillas and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
  4. Enjoy!
