Easy and Healthy Ranch Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
  • 10 chicken drumsticks
  • ½ C plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ C low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, and ranch mix.
  4. Using a spatula, cover each drumstick with the yogurt and mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
  6. Turn on broiler, and broil for 5 minutes, or until skin is nice and crispy!
