Ingredients
  • Basic Recipe:
  • 6 eggs, scrambled
  • ½ C heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic and onion powder to taste
  • Add-in Ideas:
  • Cheddar and Canadian bacon
  • Swiss cheese and ham
  • Salsa, chorizo, and peppers
  • Bacon, caramelized onions, and gouda
  • Broccoli and Cheddar
  • All veggies- onions, bell peppers, and jalapenos
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, whipping cream, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix-in other meats, cheese, and veggies of your choice. Place in a greased baking dish. A pie plate or 8 x 8 dish works well.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
