Easy Cobb Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 c. good, fresh lettuce - chopped
  • 5 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
  • 3 hard boiled eggs - cooled and sliced
  • 1 avocado - diced
  • ¼ c. bleu cheese (or feta cheese) crumbled
  • ½ c. cherry tomatoes or sliced tomato
  • ½ c. croutons (if desired)
  • ⅓ c. Ranch dressing (or dressing of choice)
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry lettuce.
  2. Place lettuce in large bowl.
  3. Add bacon, eggs, avocado, cheese, and tomatoes.
  4. Toss together and drizzle with your favorite dressing.
