Easy Cobb Salad

- 4 c. good, fresh lettuce - chopped
- 5 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
- 3 hard boiled eggs - cooled and sliced
- 1 avocado - diced
- ¼ c. bleu cheese (or feta cheese) crumbled
- ½ c. cherry tomatoes or sliced tomato
- ½ c. croutons (if desired)
- ⅓ c. Ranch dressing (or dressing of choice)
- Wash and dry lettuce.
- Place lettuce in large bowl.
- Add bacon, eggs, avocado, cheese, and tomatoes.
- Toss together and drizzle with your favorite dressing.
