Homemade Chicken Strips

- 1 whole boneless chicken breast
- Flour for dredging
- Oil for frying
- Chicken strip gravy
- 2 T flour
- 1 cup milk
- season as desired
- Slice boneless chicken breast into 1½" strips
- Dredge in flour in fry in hot oil approximately 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove and keep hot
- Add 2 T flour to remaining oil in skillet and 1 cup milk, cook until thickened
