Homemade Chicken Strips

Ingredients
  • 1 whole boneless chicken breast
  • Flour for dredging
  • Oil for frying
  • Chicken strip gravy
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • season as desired
Instructions
  1. Slice boneless chicken breast into 1½" strips
  2. Dredge in flour in fry in hot oil approximately 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove and keep hot
  4. Add 2 T flour to remaining oil in skillet and 1 cup milk, cook until thickened
