Spicy Apple Cider

Ingredients
  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 2 quart container cran-apple juice
  • 3 cinnamon stix
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced horizontally
  • 5 whole cloves
  • ⅛ C cinnamon hot candies
  • 3 T sugar
Instructions
  1. In large kettle, pour in apple cider, cranapple juice. Bring almost to boil, then turn to low. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer for an hour. For our tailgating party, I placed the cider in a large thermos to transport.
Notes
Lower Calorie Version: Light cran-apple juice, sugar substitute of choice.
