Green Chile Ranch Roll Up (Pinwheel)

Ingredients
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 package flour tortillas, 9" size
  • (2) 8 oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • (2) small cans green chilies, drained (peeled and chopped style)
Instructions
  1. Blend ranch mix with softened cream cheese until smooth
  2. Stir in drained green chilies
  3. spread ¼" thick layer onto each tortilla.
  4. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap
  5. Repeat until mixture is gone.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or up to overnight, until firm.
  7. When chilled, remove plastic wrap and slice into about ½ inch thick pinwheels.
  8. Cover and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
