Ingredients
  • 1 carrot, scrubbed and chopped
  • 1 C pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • ½ C orange juice (fresh-squeezed or from the carton)
  • 8-12 ice cubes (add more if you like smoothies really icy)
  • 1 C water

  1. Throw everything into your blender and... blend!
