Easy and delicious no-bake cookies

Ingredients
  • 2 C Rice Krispies
  • 1 C mini marshmallows
  • ½ C creamy peanut butter
  • 1 12 oz pkg white baking chips
  • ¼ C mini chocolate chips to sprinkle on top
Instructions
  1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside
  2. Mix Rice Krispies and marshmallows in large bowl. Set aside
  3. Melt baking chips and peanut in large microwave safe bowl, at 20 second intervals.
  4. Once chips and peanut butter are melted, pour over cereal and marshmallows. Give it a good stir.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lined sheets.
  6. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate
