Drop by teaspoonfuls on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
For the gravy:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium high heat.
Whisk the flour into the butter. Add the milk and and continue whisking until desired thickness is achieved. Stir in the sausage. (Add a little more milk if the gravy is too thick.)
Serve immediately over the biscuits.
