Cinnamon Roll Cake

Ingredients
  • Cake:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • Cinnamon Sugar topping:
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs flour
  • 2 Tbs cinnamon
  • Glaze:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5-6 Tbs milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl mix all the "cake" (not topping or glaze) ingredients together except for butter. Once mixed well, slowly stir in the butter.
  3. Pour cake mixture into a greased 9"x13" pan
  4. Combine all topping ingredients until blended well. Drop by the spoonful evenly over the cake batter and swirl with a knife in pan,
  5. Bake 30-40 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While cake is baking prepare glaze. Once cake is baked pour glaze over top.
  7. Enjoy
