Sausage & Tortellini Bake

Ingredients
  • 11 bag frozen cheesed filled tortellini (19 or 20oz)
  • ½ lb to 1lb of mild ground sausage (your preference)
  • 1 jar of alfredo sauce (15oz)
  • ½ jar of marinara sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  3. At same time brown the ground sausage until cooked thoroughly and drain grease.
  4. In a large bowl mix together the two sauces.
  5. Drain tortellini and add to sauce mixture.
  6. Add sausage to bowl and stir until mixture is coated evenly.
  7. Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese followed by parmesan cheese
  9. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  10. If desired, broil for an additional 4-5 minutes to get the cheese crispy on top.
