Easy go-to recipe for an anytime great sandwich, snack or cracker-topper.
- 6 eggs
- 2-3 T mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Pinch of sugar
- Place 6 eggs in a large saucepan. Completely cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Immediately drain off hot water and cover eggs with cold water. When eggs are cool, drain, dry off and peel. Slice with an egg slicer and place in a large bowl. Add mayo, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix together, cover and refrigerate.
- Will keep in refrigerator for up to a week.
- *Especially good on croissants.
